HIGH COURT OF AUSTRALIA (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1980 No. 155 of 1980 - SECT 6
Requisites of petition
6. Section 185 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (e)
"the Principal Registry of the High Court or in the District Registry of that
Court in the capital city of the State in which the election was held" and
substituting "the Registry of the High Court".
