Home Deposit Assistance Amendment Act 1983 No. 47 of 1983 - SECT 11

11. Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-sections (2) and (3) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

''(2) Subject to this section, the amount of the grant is $2,500.''; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (8).
