Home Deposit Assistance Amendment Act 1983 No. 47 of 1983 - SECT 14

Application of amendments 

14. The amendments of the Principal Act made by sections 3 to 11 (inclusive)
of this Act apply in respect of applications in respect of which the
prescribed date occurs on or after 1 August 1983.
