HORTICULTURAL EXPORT CHARGE ACT 1987 No. 170 of 1987 - SECT 3

3. The principal object of this Act is to ensure that adequate funds are
raised for the operations of the Australian Horticultural Corporation and the
Horticultural Research and Development Corporation.
