HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 168 of 1989 - SECT 9

Promotion of equality of opportunity

9. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (5) (b) "and";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (5) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; and (d) in the case of the year 1992 - $1,315,000.".
