HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1995 No. 163 of 1995 - SECT 4

4. The amendments in Part 9 of the Schedule to sections 41 and 101 of the
Higher Education Funding Act 1988 (the Act) have no effect in the application
of the Act to a person who is, in the opinion of the Minister, likely to
suffer unfairly, including experiencing hardship as is prescribed in
regulations, if the amendments were to have effect in the application of the
Act to the person.
