HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 3

3.(1) Various Acts are amended as set out in Schedule 1.

(2) An agreement under section 10GG of the Aged or Disabled Persons Care Act
1954 that was in force immediately before the commencement of this Act
continues to have effect after that commencement as if the Commonwealth was
substituted for the Minister as a party to the agreement.
