HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 50

50. Section 84 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in the definition of "record form" in subsection (1) ", or
an out-patient medication prescription record form," before "issued";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (1) the following definitions:

" 'applicable amount' has the meaning given by subsection 84BA(4);
'out-patient medication' means a drug or medicinal preparation supplied
through the out-patient department of a public hospital;
'public hospital' means:

   (a)  a recognised hospital; or

   (b)  a hospital operated by the Repatriation Commission under section 89 of
        the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986;
'public hospital authority' means:

   (a)  in relation to a recognised hospital - the governing body of the
        hospital; or

   (b)  in relation to a hospital operated by the Repatriation Commission -
        the Repatriation Commission;".
