HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 55

55. Section 84DA of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (2)(a) "or approved hospital authority" and
        substitute ", approved hospital authority or public hospital
        authority";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (5)(a) "or approved hospital authority" and
        substitute ", approved hospital authority or public hospital
        authority";
