HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 64

64. Section 99D of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subsection (1) "a Senior Deputy President or" after

"holds office as";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (10) "a Senior Deputy President or" after

"hold office as".
