HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 74
Approval of nursing home
74. Section 40AA of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(3) and paragraph (3A)(b) "the premises comply with any specifications set out
in the certificate" and substituting "the specifications set out in the
certificate have been complied with".
