HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 86
Cancellation of registration or listing
86. Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(2)(c) the following paragraph:
"(ca) the person has contravened subsection 29A(1) in relation to the goods;
or".
