HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 88

88. Section 61 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subsection (6) the following subsection:

"(6A) Regulations made for the purposes of subsection (6) may:

   (a)  relate to therapeutic goods generally or to a class of such goods; and

   (b)  authorise the release of therapeutic goods information to persons
        generally or to a class of persons; and

   (c)  authorise the release of information on application or otherwise.";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (8A) "under subsection (6)" and
        substituting "under the regulations";

   (c)  by omitting from subsection (8A) "under subsection (6)" and
        substituting "under the regulations".
