HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 59 of 1976 - SECT 11

11. Section 34 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub- section (10)
and substituting the following sub-section:-

''(10) In this section-

'approved bed', in relation to a hospital, means a bed included in the number
of beds at the hospital to which the approval under this section relates;

'eligible person' does not include a privately insured person.''.
