HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 59 of 1976 - SECT 4
Interpretation.
4. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:-
''(2) In this Part, 'eligible person' does not include a privately insured
person.''.
