HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 75 of 1977 - SECT 16

16. Section 43 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section
(1), after the word ''including'' (second occurring), the words '', in the
case of a payment under or in pursuance of section 42,''.
