HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 75 of 1977 - SECT 35

35. Section 106C of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting the words ''and report to the Minister'' and substituting
        the words ''and submit to the Minister its report and
        recommendations''; and

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (b), after the word ''Act'', the words ''or
        the National Health Act 1953 (other than Part VII of that Act)''.
