HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 89 of 1978 - SECT 2

Commencement 
2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 shall come into operation on 1 July 1978.

(3) Sections 7 and 9 shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by
Proclamation.
