HONEY INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 145 of 1980 - SECT 6

6. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and
substituting the following paragraph:



"(a) to make recommendations to the Minister with respect to-

        (i)    the rate to be prescribed from time to time for the purposes of
               paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Honey Export Charge Act 1973;

        (ii)   the rate to be prescribed from time to time for the purposes of
               paragraph 5 (1) (a) of the Honey Levy Act (No. 1) 1962; and

        (iii)  the rate to be prescribed from time to time for the purposes of
               paragraph 5 (1) (a) of the Honey Levy Act (No. 2) 1962;".
