HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 171 of 1991 - SECT 13

13. If:

   (a)  a claim in respect of a professional service had been accepted by the
        Commission before 1 December 1991; and

   (b)  under subsection 10(3) of the Principal Act as modified by section 9
        of this Act, that claim is to be taken into account in computing a
        person's entitlement to increased benefits in respect of the year
        beginning on 1= January 1991; and

   (c)  if the claim had been taken into account for that purpose when it was
        accepted the person would have been entitled to an increased benefit
        in respect of that service; the Commission must pay the amount of that
        increase to that person on, or as soon as practicable after, 1
        December 1991.
