HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1978 No. 133 of 1978 - SECT 13

13. Section 16A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (2)
and substituting the following sub-section:

''(2) There shall be recorded on the account, or on the receipt, for fees in
respect of the service or, if an assignment has been made, or an agreement has
been entered into, in accordance with section 20A, in relation to the medical
benefit in respect of the service, on the form of the assignment or agreement,
as the case may be, such particulars as are prescribed.''.
