HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1978 No. 133 of 1978 - SECT 31

Recognition of consultant physician, &c.

31. Section 61 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (5) and
substituting the following sub-section:

''(5) Where the Minister makes a determination under sub-section (3) that a
medical practitioner is not to be recognized as a consultant physician, or as
a specialist, in a particular speciality, he shall notify the medical
practitioner, in writing, accordingly.''.
