HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT (PRESCRIBED FEES) ACT 2021 (NO. 40, 2021) - SCHEDULE 1

Health Insurance Act 1973

1  Subsection 3DB(3)

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

             (3)  An application under subsection (1) or (2) must be in writing.

2   Subsection 3E(2)

Omit "and on payment of the prescribed fee".
