HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 41 of 1974 - SECT 16

Leave of absence. 
16. The Minister may grant leave of absence to a part-time Commissioner upon
such terms and conditions as to remuneration and otherwise as the Minister
determines.
