HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 41 of 1974 - SECT 37

Application of moneys by Commission.
37. The moneys of the Commission shall be applied only-

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the expenses, charges, obligations and
        liabilities incurred or undertaken by, or imposed by law on, the
        Commission in or in connexion with the performance of its functions;

   (b)  in payment of any salary or allowances payable under this Act to
        part-time Commissioners or the General Manager; and

   (c)  in making any other payments that the Commissioner is authorized or
        required to make under this Act or any other Act.
