HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION (REFORM AND SEPARATION OF FUNCTIONS) ACT 1997 No. 159 of 1997 - SECT 40
40 Legislative Instruments Act does not apply to this Part
To avoid doubt, an instrument made under this Part (other than regulations
under section 53) is not taken to be a legislative instrument for the purposes
of the Legislative Instruments Act 1997.
