HEALTH INSURANCE LEVY ACT 1976
No. 54 of 1976
An Act to impose a Health Insurance Levy upon certain Incomes.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Health Insurance Levy Act 1976.*1*
