HEALTH INSURANCE LEVY ACT 1978 No. 127 of 1978 - SECT 6

6. Health insurance levy, to the extent that that levy is payable in
accordance with Part VIIB of the Assessment Act, is imposed in accordance with
this Act at the rates applicable in accordance with this Act.
