Health Legislation Amendment Act 1982 No. 49 of 1982 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), this Act shall come into operation
on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 5 to 8 (inclusive), 10 and 11, sub-section 12 (1) and sections 
41 and 45 shall come into operation on such date as is, or on such dates as
respectively are, fixed by Proclamation.

(3) Section 35 shall come into operation on the twenty-eighth day after the
day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
