Health Legislation Amendment Act 1982 No. 49 of 1982 - SECT 21

Failure to attend 

21. Section 101 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) ''attend'' and substituting
''appear''; and

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''practitioner'' and substituting
''relevant person''.
