Health Legislation Amendment Act 1982 No. 49 of 1982 - SECT 29

29. Section 106E of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting ''The'' and substituting ''Subject to section 106F, the'';
        and

   (b)  by omitting '', including conducting a hearing''.
