Health Legislation Amendment Act 1982 No. 49 of 1982 - SECT 5

5. (1) Section 16A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) '', the provisions of sub-section (2)
        were complied with in respect of the service,''; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (2).

(2) The amendments made by sub-section (1) do not apply to pathology services
rendered before the commencement of this section.
