HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 75 of 1986 - SECT 28

28. Section 105 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (1);

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "or that a practitioner has
        initiated excessive pathology services";

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (2) (d);

   (d)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (2a) (a) (i) "or to initiate excessive
        pathology services";

   (e)  by omitting paragraph (2A) (e);

   (f)  by omitting sub-section (3);

   (g)  by omitting from sub-section (4) "recommends under sub-section (1) the
        refusal of the acceptance of an undertaking, or"; and

   (h)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ", (2A) or (3)" and substituting "or
        (2A)".
