HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 75 of 1986 - SECT 31

31. Section 107A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (c)
and substituting the following paragraph:

"(c) if the determination is a determination made under section 106FK in
accordance with a recommendation referred to in sub-section 106FJ (4), apply
to a prescribed Court in accordance with Division 4 for a judicial review of
the determination.".
