HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 75 of 1986 - SECT 44

44. Section 124T of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (1) (a) "under sub-section 124E (1)" after

"established"; and

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (2) (b) "or sub-paragraph 124FB (1) (e) (ii)
or (iii), 124FC (1) (e) (ii) or (iii) or 124FF (1) (e) (ii) or (iii)" after
"124F (2) (b) or (c)".
