HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 75 of 1986 - SECT 9

9. Section 4B of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "sections 4 and" and substituting

"section";
(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) "regulation for the purposes of section 4
or a"; and
(c) by inserting in sub-section (3) "pathology services" before "table".
