HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1982 NO. 112 OF 1982 - SECT 21

21. Section 73BFA of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after
sub-section (4) the following sub-section:

''(4A) Where the Minister makes a decision under sub-section (4) refusing to
give a direction with respect to the acceptance of payment of the
contributions of a person, he shall cause to be served, either personally or
by post, on the person, notice in writing of that decision.''.
