HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1982 NO. 112 OF 1982 - SECT 27

27. Section 90 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

''(5) Where the Permanent Head makes a decision granting or rejecting an
application made by a pharmaceutical chemist under this section, he shall
cause to be served, either personally or by post, on the pharmaceutical
chemist, notice in writing of that decision.''.
