HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1982 NO. 112 OF 1982 - SECT 34

34. Section 105AA of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
is substituted: Interpretation

''105AA. In this Part-

'decision' has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal  Act
1975 ;

'Tribunal' means the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.''.
