SCHEDULE 1
Section 12 AMENDMENTS OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 CONSEQUENTIAL UPON THE
ENACTMENT OF THE SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982

1. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting
''Social Services Act 1947'' (wherever occurring) and substituting ''Social
Security Act 1947'':

Sub-sections 3 (1), (9) and (10), 5B (12) and sections 5D, 5E, 5F, 130G and
130H.

2. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting
''Director-General of Social Services'' (wherever occurring) and substituting
''Director-General of Social Security'':

Sections 5, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, 5E, 5F, 130, 130A, 130B, 130F and 130H.
