HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 167 of 1985 - SECT 13

13. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by omitting from sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) "Governor-General"
    and substituting "Commission";


   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "5" and substituting "7"; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (4) and substituting the following
subsection:

"(4) Sub-section 8 (8A) applies in relation to the appointment
of the Managing Director in like manner as it applies in relation to
the appointment of any other Commissioner.".
