HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 167 of 1985 - SECT 22

22. Section 44 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Additional matters to be included in annual report of Commission

"44. (1) The Commission shall, in the report prepared by it pursuant to
section 63H of the Audit Act 1901 in respect of a financial year, set out -

   (a)  details of any operations of the Commission in respect of which a
determination by the Minister under this Act was in force during
the financial year;

   (b)  the substance of all notices published under section 21 in relation
to directions given during the financial year; and

   (c)  details of each acquisition of the effective control of a body
        corporate
by the Commission during the financial year, other than an
acquisition of efective control in respect of which the Minister has
made a determination under sub-section 20 (8).

"(2) The Commission shall, in the financial statement prepared by it pursuant
to section 63H of the audit Act 1901 in respect of a financial year, set out
the financial results of any operations of the Commission in respect of which
a determination by the Minister under this Act was in force during the
financial year.".
