HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 167 of 1985 - SECT 39

39. Section 21 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (4) (c)
and substituting the following paragraph:

"(c) a medical service rendered to a person in a country the Government
of which is, when the service is rendered, a party to an agreement
with the Government of the Commonwealth under section 7, unless
a determination under section 22 applies in respect of the rendering
of that service to that person in that country.".
