HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 167 of 1985 - SECT 42

42. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (5)
", set out the findings on material questions of fact, refer to the evidence
or other material on which those findings were based".
