HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 167 of 1985 - SECT 6

6. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by inserting after sub-section (3) the following sub-section:

(3A) The Chairperson may be referred to as the Chairman or
the Chairwoman, as the case requires, and the Vice-Chairperson
may be referred to as the Vice-Chairman or the Vice-Chairwoman,
as the case requires.";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (4) "4 years" and substituting "not
less than 3 years nor more than 5 years"; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (8).
