HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 94 of 1986 - SECT 22

22. Section 88A of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Prescription of certain pharmaceutical benefits authorised only
in certain circumstances

"88A. Where a pharmaceutical benefit is declared, in a declaration made under
sub-section 85 (2), to be a relevant pharmaceutical benefit for the purposes
of this section, the writing of a prescription for the supply of the benefit
is authorised under this Part only in the circumstances specified in the
declaration pursuant to sub-section 85 (2A).".
