HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 94 of 1986 - SECT 46

46. Section 29A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (4) (d) "and"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (4) the following paragraphs:

"(f) a refusal by the Secretary to grant an application made under paragraph
23EA (4) (a);

   (g)  a refusal by the Secretary to grant an application made under
        sub-section 28EA (5); and

   (h)  a revocation by the Secretary of a notice under paragraph 23EA (4)
        (a).".
