HEALTH LEGISLATION (PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE REFORM) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 41 of 1995 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2 and 3 commence on the date of Royal Assent or 1 April
1995, whichever is the later.

(2) Section 4 and Schedule 1 commence on the date of Royal Assent or 1 April
1995, whichever is the later.

(3) Section 5 and Schedule 2 commence on 1 October 1995.

(4) Section 6 and Schedule 3 commence on 1 July 1996.

(5) Section 7 and Schedule 4 commence on 1 July 1997.
