HOUSING LOANS INSURANCE CORPORATION (SALE OF ASSETS AND ABOLITION) ACT 1990 No. 16 of 1991 - SECT 14

14. The buyer or a subsidiary of the buyer may have access to records of the
Corporation in the custody of the Archives, including exempt records, where
access is necessary to obtain information in relation to the business formerly
carried on by the Corporation, being information for use in the business of
mortgage insurance carried on by the buyer or the subsidiary.
