HOUSING LOANS INSURANCE CORPORATION (SALE OF ASSETS AND ABOLITION) ACT 1990 No. 16 of 1991 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), sections 22, 23 and 24 commence on a day to be
fixed by Proclamation.

(3) If the sections referred to in subsection (2) do not commence under that
subsection within the period of 6 months beginning on sale day, they commence
on the first day after the end of that period.
